What does working with Magnolia Pine Studios look like?
THE PROCESS
1. We begin with an initial consultation. This looks a lot like talking and hanging out.
Finding a wedding photographer is a daunting task. You need to find someone that you trust as a professional and like as a person.
So, first things first, we get together and talk. We can grab a coffee, a cocktail, or hop on Google Meet.
During that chat, we will talk through your wedding day, figure out the best package for you, and just spend a little time together.
If you feel like we're a good fit, a $500 booking fee secures the date, and you got yourself a wedding photographer.
You then feel accomplished for marking one more thing off that mile long wedding to-do list.
2. Engagement Session
Often people use their engagement photos for their wedding website and Save the Date announcements.
We talk through what you're looking for vibe wise, I help you find the perfect spot, we meet at said spot, shoot for an hour or two, and have a lot of laughs.
I highly recommend then making it a date night.
You're going to be all dressed up. Enjoy a night out with your fiancé.
This is also a great time to do your make up trial, so that you can see how it photographs.
3. One Month Meeting
We will get together 4-6 weeks before the wedding to talk through your wedding day timeline and review your family shot list.
We will also discuss any unique details that I need to be aware of.
4. Your wedding day arrives!
Your job is to be present, stay hydrated, and soak it all in.
I will arrive at least 30 minutes before our start time, and then we're off!
5. You will receive a sneak peek within 5 days of the wedding and your full gallery within 8 weeks.
An email will be sent with a link to your private online gallery.
Your gallery will be live for one year. You have full rights to your images and a print release.
Please backup your full gallery in at least two places.
*A note about seeing your images for the first time*
I highly recommend throwing yourselves a little viewing party at home.
-Pour some drinks. -Put on some music. -Pull up your online gallery on your television. -Select the first image and hit the Play button in the top left corner. -Relive the day together, one photo at a time.
6. You leave a rave review on Google because you are so in love with your photos.
7. Live happily ever after with your new spouse.
